	YORK RAKING...we york rake only large cleared areas after bulldozing, mainly to get rid of roots and other debris...York raking is not good for removing smaller rocks or small debris. We find that the york raking leaves a lot of medium size rocks that will show up the first time it rains.

ROTORY POWER RAKING...This is done with our skid steer tractor. It prepares our lawn seed area to a perfect seed bed,...leaving no rocks larger then 3/4"!...IT'S FANTASTIC!

Brillion or hand seeding needs to have straw mulch spread to shade and help retain moisture in the soil...it also protects the seed providing a blanket on the newly growing lawn. We only use straw.....not run of the mill field hay that has a million weed seeds in it.
	Hydroseeding....is great for large areas, where it is difficult to brillion seed or seed by hand (difficult slopes, ditches or wet flat areas). The Hydroseed Machine mixes the seed, fertilizer and mulch - and then spits it out to create a new lawn or grass area. All in one step! Grass is seen in as little as 4 1/2 days!!!
